What is Chorochronos?
Chorochronos was born from scouting astronomy sites. Each visit I'd record different things — light pollution, horizon clearance, wind exposure, photos of the skyline. Some data I didn't even know I needed until the third visit. Tracking this in Notes or spreadsheets was chaos.

Chorochronos is a tool for recording what matters to YOU, without imposing a predefined structure. The basic idea is that you rarely know in advance all the properties you need to record. So the structure evolves with your understanding. You can start with just a note, then gradually evolve.
But still, there is structure. Because you record Events, which belong to a Context. Your data already has many basic dimensions absent from, say, note-taking apps:
- Time
- Location
- Context
- Event type
- Attachments
